Day after day, staff across multiple shifts were capturing photos of damaged goods, trailer loads, and stock issues using over 20 different devices. But there was no easy or centralized way to upload these images. Files were scattered across phones, lost in messaging apps, or buried in shared drives, making accountability and traceability nearly impossible.
We knew there had to be a better way — one that didn’t require each device to have its own account, app, or complex login system. That’s when FileCrate was created. Our platform was built from the ground up with simplicity, speed, and flexibility in mind. We designed a system where anyone with a link can upload files securely, without needing training or technical knowledge. Files are automatically stored, time-stamped, and organized by folder — ready for management to access, review, and take action.
While it started in the warehouse, FileCrate’s value has quickly expanded across industries.
